ERJ Financial LLC (“ERJ Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent insurance agency based in Irving, Texas. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit erjfinancial.com, message us, or ask us about insurance coverage.

When you use the chat on our site, fill out a form, or contact us, we may collect:

We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their own marketing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Insurance Companies and Service Providers

We share information only as needed to do what you asked us to do and to run our business:

  • Insurance companies, when you ask us to quote or submit an application for coverage
  • The insurance agency we are contracted through, solely to process and service an application or policy you asked us to submit
  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector), our customer relationship management, website chat, and messaging provider
  • Web hosting and email providers

These parties receive only the information they need to perform their services, and they are expected to protect it. None of this sharing includes text messaging opt-in data or consent, which is not shared with third parties as described above. We may also disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of ERJ Financial, our customers, or others.
